This is the second album from this Swedish band. The music on the album can be described as a dark blend of Depeche Mode, The Cure and Radiohead. A well-polished sound dominated by melancholic and atmospheric surroundings. ”The Much Needed Second Cold War” includes a number of strong reflections over both Swedish and international events such as Bush’s Iraq war, the murder of the Swedish foreign minister Anna Lindh and the hope after the hurricane catastrophes in the US.
