After Simon and Slambert left the band Henrik and Jeppe tried hard to find replacement in the local rock/ punkbands and people were found and saved. Thies was an easy going guy and couldnït say no to free beers and hashes, actually he is still convinced that it only make his bassplaying even better. But being drummer in The Columbian Neckties is not an easy job, and after two times of rehearsel the first guy had to quit with heartproblems. The second actually held on for a hold tour and did a good job helping present the Why Change Your Moves album live. But soon it got two much, and the sorry bastards food could not do the job anymore. Then The Neckties convinced a good friend and bluesman that his talent was to big for Houchie Couchie Man all night long. Anders agreed to play like a hurricane and joined in around christmastime 2003. The Neckties then went on tour in may 2004 to visit old and new places in Germany, Schwietzerland and Austria. In 2004 The Neckties also got their name on a record in the States. The Compilation CD "Greaseball Melodrama". Compiled by none other than New Bomb Turks singer Eric Davidson and put out by Gearhead. The Neckties also managed to get their name on a compilation so far away as Japan and later this year the japanish people should be feeded with danish dynamite rock by help from rockïnïroll gods and the danish goverment. Since the end of the last tour The Neckties have spend alot of time in the rehearsingroom, making new material for the third baby. In the beginning 2005 The Columbian Neckties finally finished their third album. The result is very soon to be in public, and The Neckties will once again present the record on a tour to Germany and itïs neighbours with the energy and smile that characterize them.
